Group of the companies - Joint-Stock Company «Agency of Technologies and the Operative Science» (created in 1995), Joint Stock Company Scientific Production Ñenter «Chimtechno»(created in 1998), Limited Company «Scientific Production Firm «Hector»(created in 1992), deal with development and introduction of the reagents intended for the processes of oil preparation and protection from corrosion the oil-field equipment and produce bactericides and inhibitors asphalts/resins/paraffins rust.

Production developed by the set forth above companies, already more than 12 years is effectively applied by the oil-extracting companies: JSC «Tatneft», JSC «YUKOS», «ÀNÑ «Bashneft», LC «LUKOIL – PERM», JSC «RITEK», JSC «ÒNÊ-Âл, JSC «Rosneft» (LC    «ÐN - Yuganskneftegaz», LC «ÐN - Purneftegaz»), LC «Lukoil – Nizhnevolzhskneft», JSC «NK «Russneft» and others). Likewise, our companies are suppliers of the concentrates for some organizations, manufacturing the final product for certain oil-extracting companies.

JSC «ÀÒÎN», JSC SPC «Chimtechno», LC «SPF «Hector» represent wide assortment of highly effective reagents - demulisifiers, corrosion inhibitors which are capable to provide for the good work the petrogathering system, the oil preparations and protection of the oil-field equipment against corrosion practically on the all objects of the existing oil companies:

  • Demulisifiers: Rekod 752, Rekod 752À, Rekod 758, Rekod 118, SNPH 4501, Intex 720, Intex 5061, Intex 1018;
  • Corrosion inhibitors: Rekod-608, DOC - 12, DOC - 2608, Gekor-3090.

The specified reagents are issued in industrial scale on capacities of Joint Stock Company «Urussu chemical plant» and Administration «Neftechimserviz» JSC «Tatneft». All products have the necessary documents allowing its application in the oil-extracting industry by the system «TEKCERT». The volume of the total chemical production is about 6000 tones per year. The annual overturn is more than 15 million dollars USA.

With the purpose of selection of the most effective reagents for particular oil deposits JSC «ÀTON», JSC SPC «Chimtechno», LC «SPF «Hector» are ready to direct our experts for carrying out of joint laboratory researches and bench tests of the demulisifiers and the corrosion inhibitors on the real emulsions using the modeling methods of the process crude production and oil treating. Also we can give the sumples of our production, the brief information about them you can see in appendix.

Carrying out of tests will allow us not only define the most effective reagents from the manufacture list, but also, if necessary, we can develop the once, particularly for these deposits, situated in different climatic zones particularly for Latin America, Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia, United States of America and Canada. The fact that the laboratory base of ours companies has more then 500 initial samples of different chemicals to the present time, allows us to create new reagents by request of the customers.

THE ASSIGNMENT OF CHEMREAGENTS FOR THE PROCESSES  OIL PREPARING AND PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT PROTECTION FROM CORROSION

1. Demulisifier Rekod 752 is used for dehydration and salt elimination of high-viscosity resinous oils with the simultaneous protection of oil field equipment from corrosion. It can be effective for water-oil emulsions at low temperature. The reagent keeps its effectiveness in the destruction of inveterate emulsion of deronian and coal-bearing levels. It is used in some objects JSC «Tatneft» since 1998.

2. Demulisifier Rekod 758 is destined for the emulsion destruction of high-sulfur oils with the rich content of resins and paraffins with the simultaneous protection the oil field equipment from corrosion. It leads to the quick separations the water from emulsions at the temperature of 5-10oC and to drain of the oil in the high degree at the temperature 30-60oC. It is used on some objects JSC «Tatneft» since 1998, on the objects JSC «ANC «Bashneft» since 1999, and in JSC «Belkamneft» since 2000.

3. Demulsifier-reagent of complex action Rekod 752A is destined for the destruction water-oil emulsions with the rich content of resins and paraffins and with simultaneous protection of oil field equipment from corrosion. Reagent possesses the high velocity of water separation at low temperatures of emulsion. It can be used on the installations of oil preparing with heating for 30 - 60 oC and can substitute some import analogs without increasing the expenses. It is used for production by Association «Lukoil-PERM» (since 1999), JSC «Tatneft» (since 2001),    JSC «Uliyanovskneft» (since 2001), JSC «NGDU «Penzaneft» (since 2002).

4. SNPH 4501 is an effective demulsifier - inhibitor of corrosion - bactericide. The reagent is destined for industrial preparing the mixtures of light and high-viscosity oils, effective on the oils of deronian and coal-bearing levels at the natural temperatures of mining emulsions and with heating for 30-60oC. It's widely used for preparing heavy oil (viscosity gravity constant is 0,95 gr/cm3 and more) by Association «Lukoil-Permneft» (since 1989) and JSC «Tatneft» (since 1996), where it was able to change import reagents Separol WF-41 and Daufax 70N14D accordingly. In quality inhibitor of paraffin sediment is applied on objects JSC «Samaraneftgaz» since 2003.

5. Demulisifier Intex 5061 - is destined for the destruction of water-oil emulsions as light as well high-viscosity, with the high content of resins and paraffins. It promotes of quick water separation at the emulsion temperature 8-10 0Ñ and high degrees of oil dehydration on the installations of oil preparing with heating for 30 - 60oC It is successfully applied on the objects JSC «Samaraneftgaz», JSC «ÀNÑ «Bashneft», it has passed industrial tests for objects JSC « Tatneft».

6. Demulisifier Intex 720  is destined for the destruction of high-stable water-oil emulsions. It’s ensures a high velocity of water separation at 18-200Ñ and considerable degree of oil dehydration at 35-400Ñ one. It is successfully applied on the objects JSC «Samaraneftgaz», JSC «Samotlorneftegaz», JSC «Nizhnevartovsk oil-extracting enterprise (NNP)», JSC «Orenburgneft», JSC «Tatneft» (NGDU «Nurlatneft», NGDU «Leninogorskneft», NGDU «Bavlineft», NGDU «Dzhalilneft»),it has successfully passed industrial tests for objects of JSC «ÀNÑ «Bashneft», JSC «Udmurtneft», LC «RN - Purneftegaz » and LC «LUKOIL – PERM», JSC « Tatneft» is recommended to carrying out of industrial tests on objects NGDU «Irkenneft».

7. Demulisifier Rekod 118 is intended for destruction the most stable crude oil emulsions. It provides high rate dehydration and an oil demineralization at oil preparation units, it has properties of inhibitor asphalts/resins/parrafins rust, it can be applied to petroslimes processing at their addition in process of oil preparation. It is successfully applied in LC «RN - Yuganskneftegaz», JSC «Tatneft», JSC «ÀNÑ  «Bashneft», LC «RN - Purneftegaz». It has shown high results at carrying out of industrial tests in JSC «Samotlorneftegaz», JSC «Nizhnevartovsk oil-extracting enterprise» and NGDU «Buguruslanneft», JSC «Orenburgneft», JSC «Yugraneft», JSC «Belkamneft».

8. Demulisifier Intex 1018  provides high rate dehydration of oils of devonian carboniferous horizon at low specific consumptions. Since 2003 it is successfully applied on objects JSC «Bashsibneft». By results of laboratory researches it is recommended to carrying out the industrial tests on objects of LC «RN - Yuganskneftegaz», JSC «Samaraneftgaz», JSC «Tatneft» (NGDU «Nurlatneft», NGDU «Leninogorskneft», NGDU «Bavlineft», NGDU «Dzhalilneft»),   JSC «Yugraneft», JSC «Penzaneft», JSC «Udmurtneft».

9. Corrosion inhibitor Rekod-608  is destined for the protection of oil field equipment from corrosion: as the systems of supporting reservoir pressure so the system oil gathering. Rekod 608 is effective in aggressive industrial regions containing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. The presence of oxygen does not reduce the effectiveness of reagent. Inhibitor of corrosion Rekod 608 is used widely in    JSC «Tatneft», JSC «Belkamneft» and JSC «ANC «Bashneft».

10. Corrosion inhibitor DOK - 2608 – it is new oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor intended for corrosion protection of the oil-field equipment of systems in oil emulsions collectors and pipelines, and PPD systems also. The DOCK - 2608 is effective in the aggressive oil-field mediuims containing hydrogen sulphide and carbonic gas. Presence of oxygen does not reduce its efficiency. It has passed trial tests on JSC «ANC «Bashneft».

11. Corrosion inhibitor DOC-12 is destined for the protection of oil field equipment from corrosion: as the systems of supporting reservoir pressure so the systems of oil gathering. DOC-12 is effective in aggressive industrial regions containing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. The presence of oxygen does not reduce the effectiveness of reagent. DOC-12 is successfully used on JSC «ANC «Bashneft». It was successfully overcame field tests on objects of JSC «Tatneft», JSC «LUKOIL-PERM», JSC «TNC-BP», JSC «Samaraneftegaz», JSC «Orenburgneft», LC «RN – Purneftegaz», LC «Yuganskneftegas» and is recommended for industrial tests.

12. Corrosion inhibitor Gekor-3090 - the new water-soluble inhibitor - bactericide intended for corrosion protection of the oil-field equipment the systems of oil emulsions collectors and pipelines, and also PPD systems. Gekor-3090 is applied to protect the equipment in the aggressive oil-field mediums containing hydrogen sulphide, carbonic gas, and also sulphate êeducing bacteria. Presence of oxygen does not reduce its efficiency. It has successfully passed laboratory and bench tests on the objects JSC «Samaraneftegaz». It has passed industrial tests on JSC «Belkamneft». It is successfully applied by JSC «Aloil», JSC «ÀNC «Bashneft», LC «RN – Purneftegaz» and JSC «Tatneft».

13. Inhibitor of paraffin sediment Intex 1018G is intended to prevent formation and sticking asphalt-resin-paraffin sediments in the oil-field equipment the systems of mining, collecting and transport of oil emulsions. Inhibitor is effective at the presence of parrafins with high-melting point. It was successfully passed laboratory tests on  JSC «ANC «Bashneft», JSC «Samaraneftegaz» and is recommended for applying in its petroleum regions.

14. Vulcanization accelerator Bifurgin  is efficient curing agent for elastomers. The  application of Bifurgin in the polymeric materials industry allows to obtain products with the higher resistance to corrosive media, smaller flow and the thermal resistance improved.
